Returns and Refunds
Thank you for your purchase! We hope you are 100% satisfied with your products. However, if for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your order, you can return it without any problem. Here is our detailed policy below.
RETURNS You have 30 calendar days from the date of purchase to return a product and request a refund. The item must be in the same condition as when you received it: intact and without signs of use.
RETURN PROCEDURE To return an item, please contact our Customer Service to obtain the correct return address. Once you have the address, securely pack the product in its original packaging and include the purchase receipt or order number.
REFUNDS Once your return is received and inspected, we will process the exchange or refund. Please allow up to 14 business days for this process. Refunds may take 1 to 2 billing cycles to appear on your credit card statement. We will send you an email notification as soon as your return has been processed.
DEFECTIVE ITEMS For defective or damaged products, please contact us immediately: we will arrange for an exchange or refund at no additional cost to you.

How to make a return?
You will not have to pay anything or go to the post office to fill out complex forms.
1. Write to us Send an email to [contatto@famimas.com] indicating your order number.
2. Packaging Carefully repackage the item in its original packaging and seal it with tape. Then wait for the carrier to pick it up or drop off the package at the nearest drop-off point. Once the package is received, we will immediately process the refund!
